Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship from Roseville, California, to the United States and internationally, including Japan.
Shipping costs
- United States: Free economy shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 pay live USPS or UPS rates, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Canada and Mexico: Flat rate by package weight, shown at checkout before you pay. $22 up to 1 lb, $40 for 1 to 4 lb, $65 over 4 lb.
- Everywhere else: Flat rate by package weight, shown at checkout before you pay. $30 up to 1 lb, $55 for 1 to 4 lb, $85 over 4 lb.
Estimated delivery times (after shipping)
- USPS Ground Advantage / economy: 2 to 5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express / UPS Next Day or 2nd Day: 1 to 2 business days
- International: 6 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost.
Packaging
Cards ship in sleeves and top loaders or rigid mailers. Graded slabs, media, and fragile items are bubble wrapped and boxed.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email thriftgoblin@thriftgoblin.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We file the carrier claim and send you a replacement or full refund. You do not have to wait for the claim to finish.
Wrong address
Please double check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you cover the new postage, or refund the item price.
