We at Thrift Goblin pride ourselves on offering rare, high-quality, and unique vintage goods. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while reflecting the nature of our business.

If you have any issues or questions about your order, please contact us right away at support@thriftgoblin.com. We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve things quickly.

2. Canceled Orders / Out-of-Stock Items

If we cancel your order due to an item being unavailable or out of stock, you’ll automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days.

3. Returns Due to Error or Damage

If you receive an item that was damaged or incorrectly described, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement if possible.

4. No-Fault Returns

Because we sell unique, pre-loved items, we generally do not accept returns due to change of mind, sizing, or condition concerns clearly noted in the listing. We provide accurate photos and descriptions to help you shop confidently.
