Mission Statement
Thrift Goblin exists because modern culture got scared of having taste.
Everything became safe. Neutral. Optimized.
Designed to offend no one and excite no one.
Objects stopped saying anything.
Style became resale-friendly instead of personal.
I don’t sell nostalgia for its own sake.
I sell things that still have a point of view.
Vintage. Japanese. Underground. Expressive.
Not because they’re trendy, but because they come from a time when people chose, committed, and stood behind their taste without apologizing for it.
Thrift Goblin is a reminder that:
• Liking something doesn’t need justification
• Expression isn’t a liability
• Personality isn’t a flaw
• Beauty doesn’t have to be safe to be valid
This isn’t about bringing things back.
It’s about giving permission.
Permission to like the weird thing.
To live with objects that say something.
To be specific instead of neutral.
Everything here was chosen because it felt alive, not because it tested well.
If it resonates, good.
If it doesn’t, that’s fine.
Not everything is meant for everyone.
