Return & Refund Policy

Thrift Goblin sells vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind collectibles. Most items are the only one we have, so our policy is built around getting you exactly what the listing shows.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, for any reason.

What you can return

Any item, within 30 days of delivery. That includes change of mind, fit, and sizing.

Items must come back in the same condition they arrived, with any original packaging, slabs, or cases. Items returned damaged, worn, or missing parts may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

How to start a return

Email thriftgoblin@thriftgoblin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. If the item arrived damaged or is not as described, include photos. You can also start a request from your account. We reply within 2 business days.

Return shipping

United States: we send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

International: if the item arrived damaged, is not as described, or is the wrong item, we cover return shipping. For any other reason, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a full refund, including your original shipping cost, to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. There are no restocking fees. If we have a matching replacement, we can send that instead if you prefer.

Canceled orders

If we have to cancel your order because an item is no longer available, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Exchanges

Because most items are one of a kind, we do not offer direct exchanges. Returns are refunded.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Tell us by email or through your account, then send the item back within 14 days. We refund the item price and standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return.
