Thrift Goblin's Return & Refund Policy

We at Thrift Goblin pride ourselves on offering rare, high-quality, and unique vintage goods. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while reflecting the nature of our business.

1. Contact Us

If you have any issues or questions about your order, please contact us right away at support@thriftgoblin.com. We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve things quickly.

2. Canceled Orders / Out-of-Stock Items

If we cancel your order due to an item being unavailable or out of stock, you'll automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days.

3. Returns Due to Error or Damage

If you receive an item that was damaged or incorrectly described, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We'll either issue a refund or send a replacement if possible.

4. No-Fault Returns

Because we sell unique, pre-loved items, we generally do not accept returns due to change of mind, sizing, or condition concerns clearly noted in the listing. We provide accurate photos and descriptions to help you shop confidently.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, start a return or cancellation request HERE https://shopify.com/64652738791/account. If you checked out with a phone number only (no email), use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, including the cost of standard outbound shipping. Upgraded or express shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or goods that are clearly one-of-a-kind and described as such in the listing.
